Policies
Please remember that all items in my store are handmade, and will likely look a little different than the pictures you see online. Any inconsistency is what makes your item totally unique, and “imperfections” are actually signs that your goods aren’t made by a machine!
Shipping:
All orders have a 3-5 business day processing time. This does not include shipping time, which can be an extra 2-5 days. During checkout you will have the option to choose your shipping speed via USPS, and orders over $50 ship for free.
I cannot guarantee a delivery date, so please keep that in mind before making a time-sensitive purchase. While I will do my best to make sure your order is shipped out the day after your order is placed, it is best to plan for 5-7 business days just to be safe.
I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS, and once your package is transferred into the care of the shipping company I will not guarantee a refund or replacement of your items.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges:
I will honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase.
If you're unhappy with your item once you’ve received it, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can try to resolve the issue. I will not provide recourse for an order outside of the 72-hour window after your item has been received, including accepting returns, issuing refunds, or sending a replacement item. I will accept returns of jewelry ONLY if the jewelry is unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You must pay for return shipping if a return is requested. I do not accept returns or offer refunds for bulk custom orders.
Can I request a custom item?
I can usually change the color of the metal findings (including ball posts, jump rings, and hoops) on any of the pairs in my shop, and can try my best to make any earring a clip-on. However, I generally do not take custom orders for a single pair of earrings made from scratch. If you are looking to purchase a bulk order of SAMRO Studio earrings, send me a message! I reserve the right to accept custom orders on a case by case basis, and custom orders may incur extra charges.
